Two Peas In A Bucket - WINNER and a new Finally Friday Video!

Hi everyone!  First I want to announce the winner of the Two Peas In A Bucket gift card.  Thank you all so much for your comments.  And now the lucky winner is ...
Congratulations Judy in OKC!  I'll be contacting you shortly regarding your gift card.  :)

Next, I'm excited to share another Finally Friday video with you that I created for Two Peas In A Bucket.

For this card I created a thank you card using the new 5th & Frolic collection by Dear Lizzy. I also used a feather stamp from the Soho Garden collection to create my own pattern on my card base.  I created a fun little folded ribbon embellishment on the front of my card inspired by one of the larger embellishments in this collection.

Here's a detail image of the card I created ...

And here's the video ...

I really hope you enjoy the card and video!  I appreciate all of your feedback both here and on YouTube.  :)

Finally Friday Video

Yes you read that right ... a video!  2012 is bringing lots of new things to the community over at Two Peas In A Bucket and I have been asked to join in on creating videos for the weekly Finally Friday series.  I'll admit that while being super excited about this new adventure I was (still am) crazy nervous.  I have never created a paper crafting video before and while I love watching them I definitely have a wee bit of stage fright.  You'll notice that I apparently like to talk ... A LOT!  And I have a tendency to talk s-l-o-w-l-y and explain EVERYTHING!  That can be a good or bad thing.  I'll let you decide.  ;)

This card is copyright Two Peas in a Bucket

For this card I decided to create my own subway art using lots of different stamps from Technique Tuesday. I have done this before on a layout and thought it would translate nicely to a card as well. I chose a fun twist on the traditional Valentine's Day color scheme by including pink, orange, aqua, and gray. I also printed my own graph paper using this website.

And here's the video ...
